ANSWERS

Plain answers.

What is a Token worth?

The art, and whatever someone pays for it. It earns no payroll, ever. When it sells, the royalty on that sale goes to the Cabinets.

Why does a Cabinet cost money?

Because it is the earning side: an equal share of every royalty the collection takes. The price goes to the treasury at the mint. It is not held and not refundable. You are buying the share.

What happens to money nobody claims?

It stays with the Cabinet and never expires. Sell the Cabinet and the unclaimed money goes with it.

Who closes a round?

Anyone, once the 24 hours are up. Closing pays the closer nothing and moves no money; it only makes the round claimable. Claiming closes a due round on the way through.

What can the studio never touch?

Money already accrued to a Cabinet, the open round, the payroll itself, and which Cabinets are legendary. Renouncing ownership is disabled.

What if nobody buys?

One pool of 10,000, both kinds mint from it. If Cabinets do not sell, the rest can go free. The studio can hold part of the pool back for buyers; it holds none today.

Which money does the payroll take?

ETH and wrapped ETH. Anything else that lands in the contract is not payroll and can only be forwarded to the royalty wallet.

Is there a burn, a refund, a list or a timer?

No. A mint, a royalty, a round and a claim. That is the whole machine. Free mints are limited to a few per block so the queue moves for everyone; paid mints are never limited that way.
